Respiratory Therapist (RT)
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for the set-up and education on the safe use of respiratory equipment. This includes delivery and instruction to the patient on the use of home respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, in person or via telephone, and advise the patient of warning signs as to when to call the physician. Must be a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT), such as RRT, RCP, or CRT. Driver’s License required with 1-2 years of experience in respiratory care, either in acute or home setting.
